We are pleased to welcome Freeman A. Hrabowski, III, President of University of Maryland, Baltimore County, as our speaker at the Empowering Youth luncheon.
Dr. Hrabowski, is a national consultant on science and math education and an expert on expanding underrepresented minority participation in the field. He was named one of the 100 Most Influential People in the World by TIME (2012) and serves as chair of President Obama's Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for African Americans.
